The TCC Skills Lab is Tulsa’s talent engine for career shifters and upskillers. We bridge the gap between learners and employers through co-created, real-world projects, giving learners a chance to prove they’re ready to work, and employers a low-risk way to shape and test emerging tech with emerging talent.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping work and accelerating the pace of skill change. As job requirements evolve rapidly, education and employers must collaborate more directly to ensure learning reflects real-world demands.

The TCC Skills Lab partners directly with employers to translate evolving market demands into applied learning programs. Our programs prepare Tulsans for high-demand careers while strengthening the region’s workforce and talent pipelines.

Our model is built on accelerated, stackable credentials and work-integrated learning experiences. Programs are co-designed with industry and developed on short cycles, enabling curriculum to adjust alongside employer demand.

The TCC Skills Lab builds upon the success of the Cyber Skills Center, which demonstrated that accelerated, employer-aligned training can drive measurable economic mobility for working adults in Tulsa.
