Technology Residency Tracks

These 6-month programs provide learners structured adjunct support, hands-on training, and career readiness tools needed to take their next step. Each cohort blends guided learning with practical experience to help participants move toward real jobs with confidence.

Work-Integrated Learning Experiences

Work-integrated learning experiences are competency-based, hands-on learning opportunities designed for learners ready to apply their skills in real-world settings. Learners are matched with an employer partner to complete a practical project aligned to industry needs. Upon successful completion of the project, learners receive a $1,000 stipend, a certificate, and a TCC Skills Lab microcredential recognizing their achievement.
